This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for collecting, processing, storing and protecting information obtained from users of digital products and services provided by Silica Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "Silica LLC", "we").
By using our websites, AI chatbots, analytical dashboards, web services and other digital products, the user confirms that they have fully read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms of this Policy.
1. General provisions
1.1. The Company processes personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as applicable norms of CIS countries.
1.2. Use of any Silica LLC products and services means user consent to this Privacy Policy and all conditions and restrictions contained therein.
1.3. If the user does not agree with any provisions of the Policy, they must immediately stop using the Company's services.

- Direct messages sent to and received from the connected Instagram business account via Meta webhooks
- Message metadata: sender ID, recipient ID, message ID, timestamps
- Media attachments (images, videos, audio) received in messages — stored as URLs provided by Meta
- OAuth access tokens (stored encrypted, automatically refreshed before expiration)
- Instagram-scoped user identifiers (IGSID)
- Display connected account information (username, avatar, statistics) in the operator dashboard
- Deliver incoming customer messages to support agents via the shared inbox
- Send agent-composed replies back to customers via Meta Instagram Graph API
- Maintain conversation history for customer support purposes
- Profile data (username, avatar, statistics) is permanently deleted when the account is disconnected from Silica
- Message data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and customer support purposes
- Users can request complete data deletion through Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites → Remove. Meta sends a deletion callback to Silica, and all associated data (profile, messages, tokens) is permanently removed
